When does the billing cycle begin and end?
The billing cycle begins on the 11th of each month and ends on the 10th of the following month.

What is Airtime?
Airtime encompasses the time that passes from the moment you press SEND (or begin a call) to the moment you press END (or end a call) for all connected calls. Whenever you place calls, receive calls, or check your wireless voicemail from your wireless phone, you are using Cellular One airtime. Airtime is billed in one minute increments with partial minute airtime rounded up to the next full minute.
Cellular One does not charge for unanswered or busy calls.

When do Night & Weekend airtime minutes begin and end?
Nights are from 7:00 p.m. to 6:59 a.m. Monday through Friday. Weekends are from 7:00 p.m. Friday through 6:59 a.m. Monday.

What are “Allowance” minutes?
This term refers to the minutes included in your monthly calling plan. Once you have used all of your "allowance minutes," you will be charged for any additional minutes. Charges for any minutes over your allowance will vary depending on your calling plan. "Allowance Minutes" are sometimes referred to as "Included Minutes" and "Package Minutes."

What are “Mobile to Mobile” minutes?
When you place a call from your Cellular One of NEPA wireless phone to another Cellular One of NEPA wireless phone, the airtime is referred to as mobile to mobile. Many calling plans include unlimited mobile to mobile calling at no additional charge within the calling plan area. To determine whether or not you are billed for mobile to mobile calls, please refer to your contract or contact Cellular One at 866-CELL-1-PA.

How are per minute charges calculated?

Am I charged airtime when checking my Cellular One voicemail from my wireless phone?
If you check your voicemail from your wireless phone, airtime will be deducted from your allowance minutes or normal airtime charges apply.

If I activated service in the middle of the bill cycle, do I still get the full amount of minutes?
Your calling plan includes allowance minutes based on a 30-day billing cycle. If you activate service in the middle of a billing cycle, you will receive a prorated portion of your allowance minutes based on the number of days your service was active during the billing cycle. Accordingly, your monthly access charges will also be prorated.

What are the partial charges on my bill?
When your phone is active only part of a billing cycle, the monthly access charges are prorated according to the number of days your service was active.

What taxes am I being charged?
Taxes include all applicable State, Local, and Federal sales and use taxes.
Surcharges are not taxes or regulatory fees and are not required by law. Surcharges are collected by Cellular One to recover or defray governmental charges and/or fees that Cellular One incurs in connection with providing cellular service. Surcharges may include, but are not limited to: Federal Universal Service, various regulatory charges, administrative charges, gross receipts charges, and charges for costs incurred in complying with governmental programs.

I asked you to make a change on my account. Why isn’t it on the bill?
If you made a change after the end of the bill cycle, your bill may not reflect the change. Check your next bill to ensure that the changes were made. If you feel the changes should be reflected in your current statement, please call us at 1-866-CELL-1-PA.

Why doesn’t the amount of minutes billed match the airtime on my phone’s timer?
The call timer includes all airtime from the moment you press SEND (or begin a call) to the moment you press END (or end a call). This includes unanswered calls, *611, and 911. Cellular One does not charge you for calls placed to *611, 911, or for minutes that are included in your calling plan.

Can I change my calling plan?
Yes. Calling plan changes will take effect the first day of the bill cycle following your request. Please call us at 1-866-CELL-1-PA for more information.

How can I pay my bill?
Cellular One offers several convenient ways to pay your bill:

Phone: You may also make payments over the phone with an approved credit card by calling Customer Service at 866.CELL.1.PA (866.235.5172) or 611 from your mobile phone (it's a free call).
In Person: Payments can be made in person at any Cellular One retail store. Stores are located in Honesdale, Lords Valley, and Milford.
Automatic Payment: You can sign up for automatic monthly credit card payments by filling out the form located on the back of your bill and mailing it to the above address.
Online: You can vie and pay your bill online with an approved credit card on Cellular One's website. Go to cellularonenepa.com, click on “My Account” on the main menu, and register.

What is Cellular One’s return policy?
If you are dissatisfied with any phone you purchase from us, you can return or exchange it within 15 days. Phones must be returned in the original packaging, with included components, and in the same condition as they were when purchased. Prepaid sales are final and no returns are accepted.
Before returning or exchanging a phone that has data in it, please transfer all the files you wish to retain to another file source. Once your phone has been returned or exchanged, files cannot be recovered.

What will I be charged if I cancel my service?
You may terminate service for any reason within 15 days of activation. You will remain responsible for your Activation Fee, all applicable usage fees, prorated access charges, taxes, surcharges or other charges that accrued to your account through the termination date. If you terminate service after the 15-day period, but prior to the expiration of your minimum term, an Early Termination Fee may be assessed.
If you paid a security deposit, it may take between 30 and 60 days to process the return of your security deposit. Unpaid billing balances may be applied against your security deposit.
